Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through Archery Management System ("AMS"). Please read it carefully before submitting a payment.

1. Bank Transfer Payments

Subscriptions paid via international bank transfer to Kuwait Finance House (KFH) are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated by our team.

If your payment was submitted but not yet reviewed, you may cancel your request by contacting us before activation. In that case, we will work with you on a resolution.

2. Casheer Payments (Kuwait)

Subscriptions paid through Casheer (KNET, Visa, Mastercard) are non-refundable once activated. Casheer processes payments under their own terms; disputes regarding the payment gateway itself should be directed to your card issuer.

3. Paddle Payments (Card / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay)

When Paddle payment integration becomes available, the following policy will apply:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not meaningfully used the Premium features (no athlete data entered, no reports generated, no health module used).
  • After 7 days, or if Premium features were used, no refund is available.
  • Paddle acts as Merchant of Record; refunds processed through Paddle may be subject to their own processing times.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take longer in some cases.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate accidental payment for the same subscription period
  • Technical error preventing access to paid features despite successful payment
  • Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours

6. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
