This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made through Archery Management System ("AMS"). Please read it carefully before submitting a payment.
Quick Summary
Subscriptions paid via international bank transfer to Kuwait Finance House (KFH) are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated by our team.
If your payment was submitted but not yet reviewed, you may cancel your request by contacting us before activation. In that case, we will work with you on a resolution.
Subscriptions paid through Casheer (KNET, Visa, Mastercard) are non-refundable once activated. Casheer processes payments under their own terms; disputes regarding the payment gateway itself should be directed to your card issuer.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The exact time funds appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take longer in some cases.
