Terms of Service

Archery Management System (AMS) is a SaaS platform designed for archery coaches and federations to manage athlete performance, training sessions, health records, tournament results, and team analytics. The platform is developed and operated by Archery Management System, based in Kuwait.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using AMS you represent that you are a licensed or professional archery coach, federation administrator, or authorized representative of an archery organization.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of athlete data entered into the system
• Obtaining appropriate consent from athletes whose data you enter
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

AMS offers a Free plan and paid Premium plans (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual). Subscription fees are listed on our Pricing page and are denominated in USD.

Payment is accepted via Casheer (KNET, Visa, Mastercard — for users in Kuwait) or international bank transfer to Kuwait Finance House (KFH). Additional payment methods (Paddle, PayPal, Apple Pay) will be added in future updates.

All payments are manually reviewed and activated within 24 hours on business days. Upon approval, the subscription activates and the corresponding expiry date is set (30, 90, or 365 days).

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your athlete data and records are retained and accessible. You may renew at any time by submitting a new payment request.

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, available at /refund. In summary: bank transfer payments are non-refundable after activation; Paddle payments are eligible for a 7-day refund if the service was not used.

You agree not to:

• Use AMS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate athlete data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties

AMS provides tools for tracking athlete health, injuries, and medications. This data is for informational and coaching purposes only. AMS is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice. Coaches and medical staff are solely responsible for any decisions made based on data recorded in the system.

All software, designs, logos, and content on AMS are the property of Archery Management System or its licensors. You retain ownership of athlete data you input. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMS and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of AMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
